Salicet (unknown)

While some sources consider this name to be a synonym for Salicional, most define it as a Salicional of 4' or 2' pitch. Over half the known examples are at 4' pitch.

Osiris contains 39 examples at 4' pitch, ten at 8' pitch, seven at 16', and six at 2'. The earliest ones are listed below.
