Mentioned only by Adlung, who says “Mixtur Chormass means that there is an 8' in it”. While the term chormass indicates 8' pitch (see Chormassprincipal), perhaps in this case it means that the mixture supports the 8' harmonic series, rather than containing an 8' rank.
